The Liquidity Innovation Analyst will play a key role in modernizing, optimizing, and digitizing liquidity processes through automation, data analytics, AI-driven solutions, and workflow tools. This role will partner with liquidity stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, design scalable process improvements, build digital tools and dashboards, and deliver insights that enhance business performance.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and business analysis, along with exposure to in-house applications or low-code/no-code platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and re-engineer finance processes to improve accuracy, speed, controls, and scalability.
- Develop, configure, and maintain automated workflows using Alteryx and other automation tools.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support decision-making, reporting, and forecasting.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis from various systems.
- Collaborate with liquidity stakeholders , treasury ,finance, FP&A, data, and IT teams to translate business requirements into functional digital solutions.
- Support, enhance, and maintain internal/in-house applications, ensuring usability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Apply AI/ML and generative AI capabilities to drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Build and maintain process documentation, data flow diagrams, change logs, and knowledge repositories.
- Drive adoption and training for new automation products, dashboards, and platforms.
- Support governance, audit, data quality, and compliance initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance, financial systems, analytics, or automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx (Designer / Server / automation).
- Proficiency in Tableau for analytical storytelling, performance dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Strong SQL querying and data transformation experience.
- Experience in process mapping, Lean / Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Business analysis skills including requirement gathering, use cases, and UAT.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with passion for innovation and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with Python, Power BI, UiPath, or Power Automate.
- Exposure to financial close, reporting, FP&A, budgeting or treasury functions.
- Experience with AI / GenAI use case development or chatbot automation.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery model.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) or data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift).
