We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Engineer specializing in Network and Security to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of internal projects and customer solutions, with a focus on network and security configurations, including SDN and Cloud environments. You will provide advanced technical support, handling escalations from Level 1, and participating in an on-call rotation for critical issue resolution. This position requires managing incidents and problems within an ITSM framework, maintaining and monitoring infrastructure, and creating essential documentation and reports. The ideal candidate will also act as a project manager for technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction while working in a high-pressure environment.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in network, security, and cloud administration.

▸ Proficiency in network administration of Cisco components, including routers, switches, ACI, and SDN.

▸ Strong experience in security administration with appliances like Next Gen Firewalls, WAF, IPS, and Load-balancers (F5, Cisco, Fortinet, Bluecoat).

▸ Demonstrated experience with cloud network virtualization technologies such as VMware NSX, SDN, and ACI.

▸ Fair experience in System Administration across Vmware, RedHat, and Windows Operating Systems.

▸ Proven experience in managing technical projects from planning to completion.

▸ Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic, process-oriented approach.

▸ Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communications Engineering (CCE) or an equivalent field.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM frameworks.

▸ Experience working under high-pressure customer environments.

▸ Strong report creation and procedure documentation skills.

▸ Verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.

▸ Experience with Microsoft applications and database administration.
