Corporate HR and Administration Manager 

Location: Kyiv / Київ 

 

Responsibilities; 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with overall business goals.  
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising and candidate selection to onboarding new employees.  
  • Supervise payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits programs.  
  • Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining accurate records to prove compliance.  
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities management and ensuring good communication within the organization.  
  • Maintain and update all physical and digital employee records and HR databases.  
  • Manage the budget for the HR and administrative departments.  
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors, service providers, and suppliers.  
  • Lead and mentor HR and administrative staff, providing guidance and support.  
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics for senior leadership to support decision-making.  
  • Support current and future business needs by developing strategies for human capital management.  
  • To represent the company's corporate identity and communicate effectively with both employees and external stakeholders. 
  • Managing the executive management's calendar, organizing meetings, making travel arrangements, and ensuring office operations. 

 

 

Requirements; 

  • Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Human Resources, international relationship, sociology and/or other related disciplines. 
  • Advanced level English and Ukrainian language with excellent formal written and verbal communication skills. 
  • At least 10 years’ experience in HR, 5 of which in a supervisory role in multicultural companies, 
  • Expert business and organizational planning ability 
  • Vast experience in team leadership and successful experience in employee relations 
  • Strategic thinking ability 
  • Proven ability to multitask
