  • Maintain and update payroll master data including new joiners, leavers, and internal transfers. Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.
  • Administer employee benefit schemes such as insurance, pension, and reimbursements. Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of allowances, incentives, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, NPS, and labour laws related to wages, working hours, leave, and bonuses. Handle timely remittance and filing of statutory returns.
  • Prepare and present periodic MIS reports on payroll costs, department-wise expense distribution, statutory liabilities, and variance trends to support business and financial decisions.
  • Match payroll records with bank statements, correct any errors, and maintain records for audit purposes. Help employees with any questions about their salary, deductions, or benefits.
