A high-growth tech firm focused on innovative product development is hiring a Product Owner where you will serve as the critical link between business strategy and execution. You will collaborate with Product Management, stakeholders, and Agile teams to define, prioritize, and deliver value through features and user stories. The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the team, ensuring alignment to business objectives, and continuously refining the team backlog to meet customer and market needs.

Seeking Product Owners with an accounting background to help drive product strategy, translate financial workflows into user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

CTC offered: Upto 30 LPA

● Plan iterations, define sprint goals, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive smooth delivery.

● Break down epics into clear, testable user stories with strong acceptance criteria.

● Use customer insights and data to guide prioritization and decision-making.

● Identify dependencies, manage risks, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track.

● Own and refine the product backlog to maximize value and clarity.

● Promote Agile practices and enable continuous improvement within the team.

● Track product metrics to ensure features deliver expected business and customer outcomes.

● Support feature validation and release readiness.

● Align execution with product vision and roadmap.

● Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain alignment.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

● 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment. ● Strong understanding of Agile practices, backlog management, and the software development lifecycle.

● Proven ability to translate business strategy into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

● Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business priorities and technical trade-offs.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Proficiency with Agile product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence).

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
