Job Overview:

• This role involves Project management & optimizing processes.
• Responsibilities include developing metrics, extracting data from various systems, and presenting it in clear formats like PowerPoint graphs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for daily data organization and presentation tasks is essential.
• The project manager will also identify opportunities to automate manual processes, such as report generation in systems like MI query management , to improve efficiency. Understanding team problems and exploring ways to streamline operations is crucial.
• Collaboration with counterparts within Company for process/report automation expertise and knowledge sharing is also required.
• To train end users on new dashboard tool and to support drafting Patient Response letters.

Tasks/Deliverables:

• Optimizing MI Processes: Enhance and streamline regional and local processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Process Development and Documentation: Assist in the development and finalization of new processes, create visual workflows and Swimlane diagrams to aid in understanding and communication of new processes.
• Metric Reporting and Analysis: Develop metric, including digital metrics, call center and MI metrics. (Excel, Power BI or Tableau)
• Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel daily for organizing data, creating presentations, and other related tasks
• Problem-Solving and Efficiency Improvement: Explore and implement ways to leverage processes, systems, and tools to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Understand team problems and roadblocks.
• Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with counterparts within Company to seek expertise and consultation on process/report automation. Facilitate problem-solving and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
