Role Overview
In this assignment, you’ll step in as Interim Head of Cyber Security to stabilise, govern and uplift the cyber security posture during an active permanent recruitment process. You’ll lead cyber governance, oversee regulatory readiness, and ensure alignment with FCA expectations across a cloud-native, rapidly scaling organisation. The role is leadership-focused rather than operational SOC work. You’ll influence Board members, provide senior SME guidance, support ongoing initiatives, and ensure risk and resilience frameworks remain robust during a period of transition. A clear handover to the incoming permanent Head of Cyber Security will be required at the end of the engagement.
All candidates must pass standard screening including Right to Work, employment verification and credit criminal checks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned cyber leader to support a fast-growing FinTech at a crucial strategic juncture.
