As a Process Project Engineer, In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, implementation, and optimization of complex processes within the Pharma and Chemical industries.
Your tasks will include:
- Feasibility studies, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detailed Design for process equipment
- Process design : Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date P&IDs, PFDs and URS to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Equipment Sizing: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to determine the optimal size and capacity of process equipment.
- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
- Change Management: Proactively identify and implement process improvements, including supplier changes, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Your profile :
- Engineering's degree in Pharma/Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering within the Pharma or Chemical industry
- Strong understanding of process design principles, equipment sizing, and P&ID development
- Proven project management skills, including task allocation, progress tracking, and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus)
- Fluent in English and German
