- Recording, monitoring and maintaining project, property and program data and records in a range of programs and tools, including Reside, ECC6, Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and contribute to improved protocols and processes for managing and reporting this information.
- Creating and maintaining both standard and customised program performance reports and information, through the collection, organisation, storage, and presentation of program and project data.
- Managing multiple information requests, often at short notice, from internal and external stakeholders and preparing program wide responses and advice in an effective and timely manner, utilising time management and prioritisation skills.
- Contributing to the systems and processes that support decision-making, accountability, and transparency for the program of department led social homes by supporting program governance processes.
- Fostering productive working relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners to improve the oversight and efficiency of the delivery of the program of department led social homes.
- Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
- Understand the construction process and demonstrate an interest in social housing and a desire to build relevant knowledge.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage competing priorities and tasks and deliver work you are accountable for within agreed timeframes.
- Work flexibly without supervision, effectively managing new and unexpected events and demonstrate judgment about when to escalate issues
- Work collaboratively with others and engage in a professional and respectful manner to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high-level communication skills, confidently presenting written and verbal messages in a clear, concise manner, focusing on key points, using appropriate language and adapting your communication style to suit your audience.
Whilst there are no mandatory requirements, experience in construction project contract or financial administration or supporting construction program delivery are highly desirable
