About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Project Manager and the PMO team to support the successful delivery of a major IT initiative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and can pivot between tasks with ease.
MUST HOLD BASELINE CLEARANCE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with PMO reporting, governance documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Manage project schedules, meetings, and action registers.
- Maintain risk, issue, and decision registers.
- Support resource planning and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Contribute to process maturity uplift
- Handle ad hoc tasks to keep the program moving smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT or government environments.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to MS Project or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A flexible, proactive approach—ready to take on any challenge.
