About Us
We’re building a global USD account for emerging markets by combining the best of traditional financial rails and crypto. We’re backed by leading venture capital firms in crypto such as Alliance DAO, Orange DAO, 6th Man Ventures, Base Ecosystem Fund (led by Coinbase Ventures), Wintermute Ventures, and have recently raised our seed round.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to own conversion and onboarding across the Offramp product. You’ll lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that turn signups into power users—from streamlining KYC flows to optimizing transaction completion and user activation.
As one of our first product hires, you’ll work directly with the founder and have a massive impact on the trajectory of the company. We offer high growth, fulfilling work, an attractive salary + stock option package, and great (and low ego!) colleagues in a world-class startup environment.
What You’ll Do
1. Own the Growth Funnel
Identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities across onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention. Deep dive into user behavior, friction points, and drop-offs using data and user research. Work with design and engineering to simplify flows, reduce time-to-value, and boost key conversion metrics
2. Drive Growth Experiments
Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments across product surfaces. Collaborate with marketing and data teams to launch, track, and evaluate experiments. Rapidly test hypotheses while maintaining product quality and consistency
3. Align Teams Around Growth Goals
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and support to align growth priorities. Report regularly on funnel performance, wins, and learnings. Champion a test-and-learn culture across the product team
4. Build from Zero
Help design and scale internal systems and processes around growth. Be ready to jump into research, QA, content, or even onboarding new users directly—whatever it takes to move the needle

Preferred Experience
3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on growth or funnel optimization
Proven track record of increasing user activation, conversion, or retention
Strong experience with data tools, A/B testing frameworks, and behavioral analytics
Familiarity working closely with design, marketing, and engineering
Bonus: Experience in fintech, onboarding/KYC flows, or Web3 products
