About the Role

We are a fast-growing, early-stage startup interacting with the physical world through AI. We are looking for an AI Engineer to work directly with the founders to build our core platform.

You will be building end-to-end AI applications from the backend infrastructure to the LLM orchestration layer. We are looking for a generalist who loves shipping code and solving hard problems, not just fine-tuning models in a notebook.

What You'll Do

• Build End-to-End Features: Own the full lifecycle of AI features, from API design (Python) to database modeling and deployment.

• LLM Orchestration: Design robust workflows using Large Language Models to automate complex business tasks.

• Integrate Systems: Connect our AI "brains" to various external tools, APIs, and real-time data streams.

• Scale Infrastructure: Ensure our systems are reliable, fast, and cost-effective as we scale.

Core Requirements

• Strong Python Experience: 2+ years building production-grade applications (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).

• Modern AI Stack: Experience building with LLM APIs(OpenAI, Anthropic or open source solutions) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).

• API & Data Skills: Comfortable designing REST APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Product Mindset: You care about the end-user experience and can make technical trade-offs to ship fast.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Real-Time Systems (WebSockets, Streaming data).

• Familiarity with Cloud Deployments (Docker, K8).

• Experience with TypeScript/React (for internal tools/dashboards).

• Contributions/Work with open-source projects.
