As a Front-end Functional Analyst, you will join a scrum team of Functional Analysts responsible for managing transversal projects across transactional platforms, mobile applications, and web interfaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate solution designs from the Lead Analyst/PL/Solution Designer into detailed functional specifications for developers.
  • Perform functional IT testing of applications and follow up on defects to ensure quality delivery.


General Role Description:

  • Conduct complex business, functional, or process analysis to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, providing expert advice on domain-specific topics.
  • Develop deep knowledge in financial services operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply advanced modeling tools and techniques in your analysis.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of technical systems and project management concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with security, architectural, and non-functional standards.
  • Keep abreast of industry and technology trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to high-quality solutions by applying different testing techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs, translate them into functional requirements, and propose effective solutions.
  • Support test scenario creation and execution with the test team and end users.
  • Respond to critical incidents quickly, defining impact, suggesting improvements, and implementing preventive measures.
  • Maintain systems for optimal availability and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Develop training materials to assist stakeholders in understanding new systems or processes.
  • Design features that enhance client-centric services and operational efficiency.
  • Coach analysts and associates to foster collaboration and productivity.
  • Explain processes, software, and tools to end users and challenge existing workflows for continuous improvement.
  • Assess change impacts and coordinate implementation of efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and coordinate activities within the domain, including task distribution, planning, and progress tracking.
  • Perform analysis, design, implementation, cost estimation, and testing activities.
  • Provide detailed reporting to stakeholders, highlighting critical points and proposing solutions.
  • Demonstrate customer focus, critical thinking, professionalism, and a continuous learning mindset.
