We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fast-growing data center developer in Finland. This role blends hands-on HR operations with end-to-end recruitment ownership, helping the business scale smoothly while maintaining a supportive, high-performance culture.
You’ll be a key partner to leadership, project managers, technical teams, and contractors—making sure our people processes run like clockwork and our talent pipelines stay healthy.

- Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting, audits, and policy updates.
- Contribute to building HR processes suitable for a growing, international organisation.
- Coordinate with HR colleagues across Europe on cross-border initiatives and standardisations.
Talent Acquisition (TA) – ~30%

- 3+ years of experience in HR, TA, or a hybrid role—preferably within technical industries (construction, data centers, engineering, energy, manufacturing, etc.).
- Good understanding of Finnish employment law and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to source and recruit hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Independent, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with project-based environments and contractor-heavy workforces.
