We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fast-growing data center developer in Finland. This role blends hands-on HR operations with end-to-end recruitment ownership, helping the business scale smoothly while maintaining a supportive, high-performance culture.

You’ll be a key partner to leadership, project managers, technical teams, and contractors—making sure our people processes run like clockwork and our talent pipelines stay healthy.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources – ~70%

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions in Finland, supporting employees across multiple sites.
  • Oversee employment contracts, amendments, documentation, and compliance with Finnish labor law.
  • Support onboarding & offboarding, performance reviews, training coordination, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting, audits, and policy updates.
  • Contribute to building HR processes suitable for a growing, international organisation.
  • Coordinate with HR colleagues across Europe on cross-border initiatives and standardisations.

Talent Acquisition (TA) – ~30%

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, construction, and corporate roles.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across Finland and the Nordics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, job descriptions, and interview processes.
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate offers, negotiations, and onboarding with HR and management.
  • Represent the company in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Finnish language skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in English (company’s working language).
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, TA, or a hybrid role—preferably within technical industries (construction, data centers, engineering, energy, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Good understanding of Finnish employment law and HR compliance.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Independent, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with project-based environments and contractor-heavy workforces.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Employer branding or talent marketing exposure.
