Salary:

• up to 1100 PLN net/MD (B2B) depending on your professional experience
• up to 16,500 PLN gross/month (contract of employment)

Work model:

• Hybrid: possibility to work remotely 4 days a week (1 day from office located in Gdańsk, 3city or Warsaw)

About the project:

The project aims to lead the transformation from an existing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment to a more resilient, cloud-based solution. This requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a strong mix of technical expertise to ensure a smooth migration and transformation process, aligning with both business and technical goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating complex IT projects with distributed teams
• Overseeing project scoping, design workshops, and key communication forums
• Managing project budgets, forecasts, and reports
• Applying structured risk handling and dependency management
• Ensuring effective user adoption and supporting change management initiatives

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in managing IT projects
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and infrastructure migration
• Proven ability in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile project management methodology
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

It would be great if you also have:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI, Prince 2)
• Background in managing third-party vendors and integrations
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements (GDPR, DORA, ISO27001)
