Pardgroup is a multinational field marketing and retail services company with offices in Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, Spain, the USA, UAE, the UK, and China. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Talent & Development Specialist to join our Dublin office.
Reporting to the Group Talent & Development Manager and working within the People & Transformation division, the candidate will support multiple countries across the Group in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Training & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for international positions (job posting, screening, interviews, feedback, and offers)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define accurate job profiles
- Manage relationships with external headhunting partners
- Implement talent attraction strategies across international markets
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support the onboarding of new hires
- Assist in coordinating the international Performance Management process by monitoring evaluation activities, collecting feedback, and preparing related materials
- Contribute to training needs analysis, support the development of new training programs, and coordinate local training activities
- Support the team in the implementation of global HR initiatives and projects
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:
- Degree in humanities, preferably with an HR specialization
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of major recruitment platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Nice to have: knowledge of the InRecruiting software and previous experience in international environments.
