Project Manager (Hybrid - Dublin Office)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
We are currently working with a leading payments company to find an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex initiatives within a broader program of work. This role focuses on coordinating the deployment of applications across multiple environments while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and delivery standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead large and complex projects within a wider program, overseeing the coordinated deployment of applications across defined availability zones.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate across teams to integrate requirements, plan project phases, and manage engineering resources.
- Ensure standards, governance and delivery expectations are met.
- Develop and present key project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and other PMO-aligned materials.
About You
You are an experienced project professional who can navigate technical environments while communicating clearly with all audiences.
- Demonstrated experience delivering IT projects, ideally within Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of software development, deployment processes, and the SDLC.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of IT physical infrastructure such as servers, networking and data centres.
- Proficient with project management tools, methods, and artefacts.
- Able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Skilled at leading prioritisation conversations with senior stakeholders based on business value.
- Experience collaborating with teams across different countries and functions.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage executives, peers, and technical staff authentically and with impact.
- Adhere to organisational security policies and practices.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed.
- Report any suspected security incidents or breaches.
- Complete all required security and compliance training.
