About the role

The Finance Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s day-to-day financial activities. This position is responsible for validating operational financial data, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting with accurate and timely financial processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate team timesheets and reported working hours to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor employee expense submissions, verify supporting documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Review contractor invoices prior to approval and payment, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to financial operations, reimbursements, and payments.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to support timely and precise payment processing.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and expense control.
• Support ad-hoc financial tasks, audits, and reporting as required.Qualifications

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or
• equivalent experience).
• Experience in financial operations, accounts payable, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software/tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Location: EU timezone
