Role & Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and innovate features in their chatbot platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML, backend, and frontend developers.

Build user-friendly APIs that power seamless integration.

Plan and execute feature updates and improvements.

Address queries and challenges from both internal and external users.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a backend developer with Python

A strong track record of building complex products and systems.

The ability to learn quickly and make well-informed decisions.

A proactive approach to ensuring tasks are consistently progressing.

Creativity, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to share knowledge.

Experience with ML development, DevOps or infrastructure management is a big plus
