We are looking for a Learning Technology Consultant to support clients in managing and improving their digital learning environments. The role involves working with learning management systems, handling support tasks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Latvian and English
- Proven experience working with learning technologies or in a similar digital learning role
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and digital platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and highly responsible
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Good understanding of how learning management systems work
Considered an advantage:
- Experience with Cornerstone LMS and/or other learning management systems
- Experience working with ServiceNow
Responsibilities:
- Support and consult clients in the implementation and ongoing use of learning technologies
- Maintain and configure learning systems and keep related client data and records up to date
- Manage support tasks and ensure consistent delivery according to agreed processes and service standards
- Handle support operations in the ticketing system (INTEA and client mailboxes)
- Monitor and improve the quality of deliverables in accordance with service level agreements
- Participate in client meetings and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and client experience
