GET READY TO:

• Analyze and understand business and system requirements with full ownership and attention to details
• Conduct functional, non-functional and regression testing
• Prepare comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
• Prepare UAT scenarios and manage user acceptance testing processes
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot and search for solid solutions
• Document test outcomes, report software defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve them
• Take responsibility for tasks and ensure their timely completion
• Apply Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, effectively in daily work
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for improving delivery and IT processes
• Provide consultation to system users on system usage and functionality
• Maintain and update user manuals

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• At least 1 year of proven QA testing experience
• Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Understanding of database structures and hands-on experience with SQL queries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail combined with analytical thinking
• High level of self-motivation and personal accountability
• Initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
• Critical thinking mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Agile best practices (considered an advantage)
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and practical experience (considered and advantage)
• Previous experience with Jira and Confluence (a plus)
