We are looking:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of one of our key digital products. You’ll be responsible for defining vision, leading execution, and aligning teams around product goals. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, analytical, and driven to build experiences that truly make an impact.

Get ready to:

• Shape product vision and strategy by combining user needs, business goals, and market insights
• Build and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with company objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders
• Use data to evaluate product performance and prioritize improvements
• Turn customer feedback, analytics, and market research into product decisions
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery by owning the full development lifecycle

We expect you to:

• Have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in digital/e-commerce environments
• Be confident managing complex initiatives from strategy to launch
• Bring a strong understanding of digital customer journeys, with a focus on optimization and value delivery
• Be highly organized, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and confident in decision-making
• Communicate effectively across functions and with leadership
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian

Salary

Gross salary range is 2700-5000 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
