The Role
As a Total Reward Advisor, you will help drive our goals by:
- Take part in the annual merit and bonus processes, including preparation, deliveries and improvements.
- Administer reward programmes including data management, data quality checks, document preparation, system updates,
- query management, etc.
- Support and administration of global recognition programmes and employee portal, including vendors payment processes.
- Provide Mercer salary data for surveys, extract survey data per requirements.
- Conduct job grading evaluations.
- Bring proposals on potential process improvements, simplification; participate in projects to improve existing processes.
- Support compensation communications to educate employees, managers and HR on existing programmes and their eligibility criteria.
- Resolve employee reward queries and issues, escalating as necessary to Total Reward Lead or Reward CoE.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to reward programs.
- Previous experience in compensation administration
- Experience administering operations using automated tools such as Service Desk, HRIS (ideally Workday), payroll, etc.
- Prior experience or strong interest in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or related areas.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
