Support IT Senior (M/F)

TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Senior IT Support (M/F) for one of its clients.

About This Vacancy

We are looking for an International IT Services Specialist (Senior IT Support) to strengthen the local technical team and provide IT support to users both on-site and remotely.

You will operate in a dynamic international environment, closely collaborating with the infrastructure teams at headquarters, and contribute to the maintenance, evolution, and reliability of the local IT systems and infrastructure.

The position also includes a significant project dimension (deployments, relocations, technical environment upgrades).

Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, and Teams environments;
• Manage the MDM solution for iOS and Android devices;
• Assist in the management and maintenance of the network infrastructure (Level 2 troubleshooting, Level 3 supervision);
• Maintain and update the CMDB (NetBox) and inventory of hardware and software;
• Manage the print infrastructure and system infrastructure (ESX) in collaboration with central teams;
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, switches, and network equipment;
• Provide support for Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop);
• Manage local suppliers and contracts, participate in budget preparation and IT procurement;
• Oversee technical operations during office relocations, closures, or openings;
• Offer support to regional Independent Wealth Managers;
• Create and maintain technical documentation and internal wiki;
• Actively participate in the implementation of group IT projects and the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent (mandatory);
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical support or a similar role;
• Excellent proficiency in Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and Citrix environments;
• Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructures (good understanding of the OSI model);
• Proven skills in MDM management (Apple, Android);
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure project management;
• Preferred certifications: MS-700, CCNA, ITIL, or equivalent;
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, service-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with central and local teams;
• Proficiency in French and English;
