About This Vacancy
We are looking for an International IT Services Specialist (Senior IT Support) to strengthen the local technical team and provide IT support to users both on-site and remotely.
You will operate in a dynamic international environment, closely collaborating with the infrastructure teams at headquarters, and contribute to the maintenance, evolution, and reliability of the local IT systems and infrastructure.
The position also includes a significant project dimension (deployments, relocations, technical environment upgrades).
Your Main Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, and Teams environments;
- Manage the MDM solution for iOS and Android devices;
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the network infrastructure (Level 2 troubleshooting, Level 3 supervision);
- Maintain and update the CMDB (NetBox) and inventory of hardware and software;
- Manage the print infrastructure and system infrastructure (ESX) in collaboration with central teams;
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, switches, and network equipment;
- Provide support for Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop);
- Manage local suppliers and contracts, participate in budget preparation and IT procurement;
- Oversee technical operations during office relocations, closures, or openings;
- Offer support to regional Independent Wealth Managers;
- Create and maintain technical documentation and internal wiki;
- Actively participate in the implementation of group IT projects and the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent (mandatory);
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical support or a similar role;
- Excellent proficiency in Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and Citrix environments;
- Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructures (good understanding of the OSI model);
- Proven skills in MDM management (Apple, Android);
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure project management;
- Preferred certifications: MS-700, CCNA, ITIL, or equivalent;
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, service-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with central and local teams;
- Proficiency in French and English;
