JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible For The Technical Team
- Planning and distribution of work
- Staff management and badging
- Organisational and technical project management
- Management of the micro-space occupancy planning
- Charge back of the space occupied by the entities
- Management and supervision of technical operations, preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitoring technical installations and building security
- Regular assessment and technical inspections
- Where necessary, organisation of emergency repairs
- Access badges management, from their creation to their cancellation
- Relations and interaction with the Landlord (defects, mandatory inspections, etc.)
- Contracting, monitoring and management of subcontractors
- Preparation of tender specifications and take part in tender negotiations Analyses, interventions, repairs
- Organization and coordination of moves, space optimization
- Follow-up of internal and subcontracted interventions
- Material and spare parts management
- Search for technical information
- Participation in the quality and environment process
- Management of the energy consumption and energy contracting
- Management of events logistic
- Technical projects coordination
- Bachelor degree in maintenance, as electrician or building management
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Languages: French and English fluent, Luxembourgish and/or German would bring a competitive advantage
- Proficient in communication skills, oral, verbal and written practices
- Available and service driven
- Autonomous, rigorous and discreet
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Ability to collaborate, to remain calm in any situation and open-minded
- Good knowledge of Windows Applications
