Position:

You will be supporting our Group CEO and Group CFO, working closely with our executive team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills.

Supporting C-suite executives by managing key initiatives, streamlining operations, and acting as a strategic advisor. Key responsibilities include project management, cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and serving as a liaison between leadership and other departments. This role is crucial for ensuring organizational efficiency and aligning efforts with strategic goals.

The position will amongst others have the following accountabilities :

  • Strategic and project management support, for example track status and progress of growth, strategic and improvement initiatives sponsored by Board Members
  • Oversee special projects and track action items from meetings to ensure accountability.
  • Conduct research and data collection to assist with decision-making.
  • Help prepare financial reports for quarterly earnings calls or other meetings.
  • Support in M&A transactions, including business modelling, enterprise valuation, coordination of advisors, overall status tracking and coordination, board approvals Assist in merger integration activities, for example in Day 1 planning and integration concepts
  • Participate in Group Executive and Advisory Board Meetings to take and administer the minutes of meeting (signing, action tracking etc)
  • Assist in developing the Board presentation materials
  • Help prepare company presentations, C-suites speeches etc. also to facilitate the M&A agenda

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or Engineering with outstanding result
  • Relevant, 2-4 years, of experience in Management Consulting
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player.
  • Business- and service-minded, analytical, structured and a conceptual & strategic thinking approach
  • You are 110% trustworthy
  • Fluent in English & Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, esp. Excel and Power Point. An affinity to IT systems and applications is a clear plus
  • No shyness in working with executive management
  • You are able to work under stressful circumstances, able to act fast when required and work slow when needed, next to having a good sense of humor
