Your Responsabilities
- Assist with the compilation of project management reports, providing clear insights on status, schedule variances, and outstanding issues;
- Offer input to enhance project management and governance processes;
- Utilize the company’s recommended project control solutions for reporting on project and portfolio plans, scheduling, and tracking;
- Plan and manage the resources required to deliver projects on time and within budget;
- Create detailed project work plans—covering tasks, milestones, deliverables, and schedules—for small or medium-sized projects in collaboration with supporting managers;
- Identify and manage dependencies, making adjustments to project/programme plans as needed;
- Monitor and control progress against action plans, updating work plans based on stakeholder reviews;
- Scope and flag project risks in a timely manner.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management, with Traditional, Agile or Hybrid methodologies;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken);
- Experience in projects with SAP, SaaS and SalesForce solutions, ERP integrated platforms, technology and business process outsourcing (preferable);
- Ability to interpret and track management information related to projects and programmes;
- Knowledge of the main drivers and stage gates in a project lifecycle;
- Awareness of (or curiosity for) concepts and techniques to maximize customer value, minimize waste, increase efficiency, reduce risk, and foster collaboration;
- Strong skills in effective communication, conflict resolution, feedback loops, coaching/mentoring, and team-building practices.
