Job Description
- Lead and manage transversal Data & AI transformation projects, from strategy definition to implementation and follow-up.
- Create and deploy Data Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity, availability, and accuracy of organizational data.
- Capable of defining and managing metadata standards, taxonomies, and ontologies. Maintain and update the data repository/catalog, documenting data assets, lineage, and relationships.
- Conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, define metrics (KPIs), and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the importance of Data & AI Governance.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in Data & AI Governance and digital transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or related areas is a strong plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, focusing on Data &AI.
- Understanding of Data Governance principles, Data Quality Management, and Data Privacy.
- Experience with Metadata Management, Data Catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Azure Purview, AWS Glue), and Data Quality tools.
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in digital transformation methodologies (Lean, Agile, Design Thinking).
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to deliver results, manage stakeholders, and adapt to change.
