They build high-performance engineering teams to deliver technology solutions that support complex financial and analytical projects. Their model is simple: hire exceptional developers, give them ownership, and place them close to the business problems they’re solving.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work directly with product and business stakeholders to design, build, and deliver applications that support trading, analytics, data workflows, and internal tooling. This includes taking end-to-end ownership of projects, challenging existing systems, and contributing ideas that improve performance and reliability. You’ll stay close to the technology landscape, introduce new approaches where they make sense, and have impact from day one.

What they’re looking for

• Solid programming experience in C#/.NET, or other OO languages such as Java or Python.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS.
• Someone who enjoys fast-paced problem solving and is comfortable taking ownership.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field (2:1 equivalent or higher).
• Financial services experience is useful but not a requirement.
