On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an HR Assistant to join a company with a strong commitment to a caring and people-focused work culture.
Your responsibilities
- Managing the administrative onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating employee data changes as well as external training programs
- Providing competent, service-oriented support in response to operational HR inquiries from diverse stakeholders
- Overseeing and guiding HR apprentices in a practical training capacity
- Assisting with social insurance cases and salary adjustments
- Identifying opportunities to optimize administrative HR processes and proactively implementing improvements
- Covering reception duties during holiday absences and contributing to the organization of employee events when required
Job requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (CFC); further training as an HR Assistant is an advantage (HR Certificate)
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurances
- Very good German and English skills, French is a plus
- Experience with SAP and a strong affinity for digital tools
- Strong service orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Open and approachable personality with a good sense for people
- Trustworthiness and discretion are a matter of course for you
