NAKA is part of the Tether group, the global leader in digital currency issuance (USDT stablecoin). We are developing one of the most advanced next-generation payment systems. Technology that merges blockchain with global card networks and enables digital assets to become instantly usable anywhere in the world. Our team is creating payment infrastructure that combines self-custody security, blockchain transparency and the global reach of the Visa network.

We’re looking for a technically oriented Project Manager who enjoys working where technology meets hands-on integration delivery. You’ll lead partner integrations, coordinate work across teams and make sure key projects move forward predictably and with strong technical clarity.

This role is open to candidates based in Spain and native Spanish speakers living in the EU region. The position is remote, with required onboarding at our Slovenia HQ for the first 3 to 4 months on-site. After that, there will be occasional business travel to LATAM to visit our client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing integration projects using SCRUM methodology.

• Manage timelines, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with other departments.

• Coordinate and oversee technical integration projects with LATAM-based partners.

• Identify project risks and proactively resolve cross-team obstacles.

• Continuously improve how partners are onboarded into the NAKA network.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading digital or technical projects.

• Experience planning and coordinating technical integrations with external partners.

• Understanding of fintech, payment systems or blockchain technologies is a strong advantage.

• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-evolving environment.

• Fluency in English. Native Spanish fluency is a must-have requirement!
