Requirements And Responsibilities
As a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to developing new capabilities in Customer's connected worker & quality management platform. You’ll work in a collaborative squad environment where you’ll learn from senior engineers while owning well-defined pieces of functionality across the stack.
What You’ll Do
- Develop frontend components and backend services using React, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and technical reviews
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement scalable, maintainable features
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit and integration tests
- Support integration activities with the parent company systems
- Help identify bugs, performance issues, and usability improvements
- 2–4 years of full-stack development experience
- Good hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of REST APIs, modern web build tools, and common design patterns
- Basic exposure to cloud tools, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Openness to mentorship, learning, and continuous improvement
