💡 We, at HN Services Romania, are expanding our team in Bucharest, and we are looking for new, experienced professionals ready to deliver high-quality solutions. The goal is to ensure that the Software Development services provided to the business are stable, resilient and performant.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Participate in IT implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with teams to enhance applications, modules, and ERP systems.
  • Provide L2 support, troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with L3/technical teams when needed.
  • Assist in system configuration, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Document processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and proper use of business applications.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience in IT implementation projects (end-to-end lifecycle).
  • Hands-on experience working with applications, modules, and ERP systems.
  • Proven background in L2 support for enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, operations, supply chain, or HR (depending on the company context).
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business language.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in hybrid environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL or basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Experience with project management or agile methodologies is an advantage.
