We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional delivery teams, support Agile practices, and ensure the successful execution of technology projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery teams and ensure successful delivery of products and solutions
• Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters to promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and priorities
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
• Foster strong collaboration across technical and business teams

• Supporting team engagement and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in international, Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities
• Ability to balance operational delivery with long-term transformation goals
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and digital delivery processes
• Openess to work in hybrid model (90% remote, 10 % Madrid)
