Full Stack Engineer

My client are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in building, operating, maintaining, and scaling their digital solutions, including simulation platforms, products, and custom customer applications.

With expertise in both front-end and back-end development, the role ensures that all applications are stable, scalable, and user-friendly.

• Design, develop, maintain and operate end-to-end web applications using Node.js (backend), React (frontend), and MySQL/MongoDB (databases).
• Translate product requirements into well-structured, testable, and maintainable code following best practices in software engineering.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product owners to ensure smooth, user-centric implementations.
• Operate and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. AWS, Terraform) to ensure application uptime, reliability, and security.
• Handle application logging, error tracking, and performance monitoring; respond to incidents and proactively manage technical risks.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security, with a focus on quality assurance and long-term maintainability.
• Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration/delivery activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and proactively recommend and implement technical improvements.
• Document solutions, processes, and decisions clearly to support internal alignment and future development.

In addition to software development, the role includes responsibility for system operations and DevOps practices, ensuring high availability, automation, and performance across environments. This includes contributing to deployment workflows, monitoring, incident response, and security compliance.

You will work closely with product owners, designers, and other developers, the Full Stack Engineer transforms business requirements and user needs into robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
