Requirements:
- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals including test automation, dependency injection, software architecture, and SOLID principles.
- Ability to master and apply key engineering concepts regardless of programming language.
- Minimum of 7 years delivering robust, scalable software in complex environments.
- Previous tenure in one or two startups working at high pace, developing significant products at scale.
- Proven track record in leading features and projects end-to-end.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading by example in collaborative team settings.
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and architect effective, efficient solutions.
- Comfortable with evolving technologies and agile development practices.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core, React, and TypeScript (mandatory).
