Requirements:

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals including test automation, dependency injection, software architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Ability to master and apply key engineering concepts regardless of programming language.
• Minimum of 7 years delivering robust, scalable software in complex environments.
• Previous tenure in one or two startups working at high pace, developing significant products at scale.
• Proven track record in leading features and projects end-to-end.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading by example in collaborative team settings.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and architect effective, efficient solutions.
• Comfortable with evolving technologies and agile development practices.
