Join Amer Sports Cyber Security Operations Team and play a critical role in defending the security of our data and IT assets. As a Cyber Security Analyst (Tier 2), you will be part of a global team delivering 24/7 security monitoring and incident response. You’ll collaborate closely with system and application owners, act as an escalation point for SOC Tier-1, and ensure swift detection and mitigation of threats. What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver security monitoring and response as part of the global cyber security team.
• Act as Tier-2 escalation point for SOC Tier-1 and report critical incidents to management.
• Operate in shift rotation and on-call to provide 24x7 detection and response.
• Track advanced persistent threats (APTs) and other threat actors to identify, classify, and investigate IT security events using SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and threat intelligence tools.
• Operate and monitor security solutions (firewalls, email, cloud, and web security) and remediate incidents.
• Maintain and optimize SOC/SIEM/SOAR services, including technical capabilities and processes.
• Lead and support technical investigations and escalations for security events and incidents.
• Respond to security threats and communicate response actions, including reporting breaches to senior teams.
• Collaborate on policy creation and implementation and contribute to vulnerability management.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• University degree in IT or equivalent work experience in Cyber Security.
• 5+ years in IT Security/Network/System/Operations/Support/Administration, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Information Security role in a mid-sized or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR products.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and their security models (Az-500).
• Solid understanding of networking and critical security controls (SANS Top 20, CCNA, CompTIA certifications).
• Ability to present and communicate security topics and create clear documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage parallel projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and fluency in English.
• High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, showing respect and understanding of different cultural perspectives.
