Are you passionate about network operations and cybersecurity? Join our Managed Response Center team and play a key role in keeping businesses secure and connected.
What You’ll Do
✅ Respond to network alerts, outages, and performance issues
✅ Monitor security tools and investigate threats
✅ Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
✅ Document incidents and assist in remediation
✅ Stay ahead of emerging threats and attacker tactics
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing & switching
✔ Experience with security tools (EDR, IDS/IPS, SIEMs)
✔ Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS frameworks
✔ Analytical mindset & excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
🔹 Security certs (CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+, GCIA/GCIH)
🔹 Network certs (CCNA, Network+)
🔹 Basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
