As we continue to scale our product globally, we are expanding our team with a Senior Growth Data Analyst who can translate complex behavioural data into clear insights and accelerate growth across our subscription, product, and engagement funnels.

What You Will Do
📊 Core Responsibilities
• Design, document, and maintain web and mobile measurement strategies, including event taxonomies, schemas, and tagging architectures.
• Translate subscription, engagement, and product behaviour data into insights that drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Provide the Product, CRM, and Marketing teams with reliable ad-hoc analyses, deep dives, and structured reporting.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Amplitude, or similar BI tools to support ongoing decision-making.
• Perform data querying, cleaning, modelling, and analysis using SQL and BigQuery.
• Build and refine customer segments for lifecycle communication, re-engagement, and personalized content strategies.
• Conduct recurring analytics audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate daily with Product, CRM, Growth, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure data-informed decision-making.

Who You Are
✔️ Must-Haves
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, mobile measurement, product analytics, or related fields.
• High proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience working in BigQuery environments.
• Strong skills in data automation, dashboard development, and BI tooling (Looker Studio or similar).
• Practical experience with mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Adjust).
• Expertise in Amplitude behavioural analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention, journeys).
• Ability to build and optimize event tracking frameworks for mobile apps and web.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform products (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, etc.).
• Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle analytics, and building data-driven audience structures for CRM and Growth.
• Ability to turn large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with subscription-based products or mobile consumer apps.
• Background in early-childhood learning, ed-tech, or family/parent-focused digital products.
• Familiarity with growth experimentation, A/B testing frameworks, or conversion optimization.
