Technical Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in product management for digital platforms.

* Proven experience in leading technical teams or cross-functional squads.

* Strong understanding of agile methodologies.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Candidate must be an Arabic speaker.

* Certifications: PMP or Agile/Scrum certification required; PL-900 preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs.

* Act as Team Lead for Power Platform developers, providing guidance and ensuring timely delivery.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage backlog.

* Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
