Job Description
- Lead the evolution of the design system and ensure visual consistency across complex legacy software and app.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the design system library (components, tokens, patterns) using tools like Figma.
- Drive iconography modernization: audit existing assets, design new icons, and ensure consistency across all UI elements.
- Redesign high-impact dialogs and workflows for improved usability and alignment with updated guidelines.
- Refresh and enforce UX standards across multiple teams and platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering to integrate design system updates into production pipelines.
- Conduct usability checks to validate recognizability and accessibility of visual changes.
- Coordinate with distributed UX teams to ensure
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design systems and component libraries.
- 8–12 years of experience in UI or UX, ideally in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Figma and design token management.
- Experience with legacy software and modernization projects.
- Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility best practices.
- Nice to Have: Experience in technical or engineering software domains.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
