The UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent digital experiences. This role supports the delivery of government digital services by applying user-centered design principles, ensuring accessibility, and adhering to established design systems. The position involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs, while collaborating with developers, product managers, and researchers to deliver high-quality digital services.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital services (web, mobile, kiosks).
Deliver high-quality final interface designs aligned with the design system.
Design System & Standards
Apply and contribute to the centralized design system.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG) and bilingual (Arabic/English) standards.
• Work closely with Design Lead UX/UI, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure alignment and implementation.
• Support usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Use analytics and insights to refine and improve design outputs.
• Stay current with design tools, methods, and industry trends.
• Suggest improvements to user interfaces and interaction patterns.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3–5 years of UX/UI design experience.
Hands-on expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Experience:
Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems.
Experience working in agile delivery teams.
Certifications preferred:
Certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or UX/UI methodologies are a plus.
