Our client, a leading [Industry/Banking/Financial] company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, especially within the banking industry, and be fluent in Arabic. The position demands a high level of expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project risks, timelines, and resource management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior project team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working in a single company with a consistent career trajectory.
• 10+ Years of experience in Project Management
• Proven experience in project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Banking industry experience is a must.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
