UST is recruiting for a seasoned .NET Developer (DOTNET) ready to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful software products, offering a 12-month contract inside IR35, onsite in the Sussex area.
Location: Sussex - Hybrid role (3 days onsite)
Contract Type: 12 months - Inside IR35
The Role:
You’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality software solutions, leveraging your expertise to design and implement robust architectures and systems. This role is perfect for a seasoned .NET/ DOTNET Developer who thrives in collaborative and Agile environments.
What you will bring:
- Strong C#, .NET (Framework), ASP.NET (MVC) and Entity Framework
- MS Test, Moq (or similar), Test Driven Development (TDD)
- SQL Server, relational database design
- Strong REST/SOAP, WCF
- CI/CD pipelines with Quality Gates to uphold exceptional code standards
- Strong Agile Methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
- A strong track record of delivering complex software product releases
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment
Desirable skills (not mandatory):
- Middleware expertise (e.g., NServiceBus, Kafka)
- Azure PaaS (API Management, LogicApps)
