Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to support organizational change.
- Develop and deliver change management plans including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Design training materials, programs, and curricula for large or complex projects.
- Lead or support training delivery in person or online and provide coaching as needed.
- Develop metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.
- Act as a subject matter expert on change management best practices.
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering training in large/complex project environments.
- Instructional design experience with Articulate 360.
- Skilled in creating training materials such as learning roadmaps, presentations, online courses, guides, and job aids.
- Ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and delivery.
- Change management or communications experience.
- Experience performing formal training needs assessments.
- Ability to lead/support training delivery in person or online.
- Experience developing sustainment plans and handover activities.
- Familiarity with compliance-related material, especially in critical infrastructure, IT, or cybersecurity.
- Applying organizational guidelines, standards, and templates in training creation.
