This is a contract Scrum Master role, based in Edmonton, AB, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing for partial remote work. The Scrum Master will facilitate sprint planning sessions, guide teams in generating and managing user stories, and remove impediments to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to continuously drive improvements, foster a culture of agility, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in leading Sprint Planning and breaking down work into manageable tasks
• Proven Analytical Skills for identifying challenges, ensuring solutions align with project goals
• Excellent Communication skills for team facilitation and engagement with stakeholders
• Experience in defining, managing, and refining User Stories to meet project objectives
• Basic understanding of Software Development concepts and methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or relevant Agile certifications are highly desirable
• Experience working with hybrid teams and IT projects will be considered an asset
