【Responsibilities】
- Responsible for supporting our Sales teams by facilitating in-depth discussions with customers regarding integration, product, connectivity structure, and best practices
- Meeting with customers and engaging in new customer integrations from the technical discovery phase through handover to implementation team.
- Actively support large or complex integrations, engaging with BD Team/AM Team in pre-sales technical dialogue.
- Stay up to date with payment industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations.
- Build and develop high-performing teams.
【Requirements】
- More than 10 years experience in a Presales/Solutions and customer facing role, dealing with at least head of department stakeholders.
- Having strong project management skills within the payment industry and knowledge of different products and services within payments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling solutions.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills are a must to be successful in the role.
- Comfortable in working with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- With a proven track record in leadership and team management
