- Role will start off as a contract assignment.
The Job:
Overview:
We are looking for an UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging experiences and design impactful visuals that drive participation, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Design & Development
Conduct user and market research to understand problem statements, define research scope, and produce insights reports.
Design responsive, accessible UI components and ensure strong UX integration in front-end development.
Translate user stories into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
User Research & Usability
Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover user needs, pain points, and feature opportunities.
Apply research insights to improve navigation, usability, and overall engagement.
Visual Communication & Campaign Design
Create visually compelling EDMs, banners, and digital assets for innovation campaigns and programme outreach.
Enhance visual storytelling and maintain consistent branding across initiatives.
Collaboration & Programme Support
Work closely with product managers, developers, and content teams to iterate on design solutions.
Support programme activities including sharing sessions, and showcase events.
Requirements:
Diploma with at least 5 years of UI/UX experience.
Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Ability to create visually appealing digital campaign assets and prototypes.
Experience with crowdsourcing or community engagement tools is a bonus.
