Berkley Hunt is partnering with a high-growth, early-stage startup that is rapidly building next-generation developer tools and enterprise software. The company is reshaping how engineers and technical teams collaborate, ship features, and scale distributed systems. Their products serve millions of users in industries where speed, reliability, and innovation matter.

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance applications from frontend to backend. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, rapid learning, and shipping quality code are more important than familiarity with any specific language or framework.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience across backend and frontend systems
• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages, with willingness to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, or similar modern web frameworks
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems or large-scale applications
• Comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and shipping impactful features
• Startup mindset: thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership, and enjoy solving complex problems

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications powering millions of users
• Ship features end-to-end, including backend services, frontend interfaces, and database schemas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product and technical direction
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Contribute to code quality, testing, and best practices while mentoring future engineers
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar tools

Bonus Qualifications:

• Previous experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, or infrastructure as code
• Experience with machine learning APIs or integrating large language models (LLMs)
• Open source contributions or experience building developer-focused tools
