About The Role

We are looking for a flexible, pragmatic UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role is embedded directly in the Development Team and focused on delivering designs that are user-centered, technically feasible, and aligned with real product constraints, whilst keeping in line with the company's design standards.

Main Responsibilities

UX Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
  • Plan and execute usability testing to validate assumptions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.
  • Use insights to guide feature decisions and reduce unnecessary or non-viable requests.

UI Responsibilities

  • Design polished, intuitive interfaces for iOS, Android, and Web applications.
  • Work primarily in Figma to deliver responsive, consistent UI assets.
  • Adapt designs across platforms while understanding technical and platform-specific constraints.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual system across different product areas.

Cross-team Collaboration

  • Work closely with developers from the beginning of each feature to ensure feasibility.
  • Provide design recommendations that are flexible and open to iteration.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering roles to clarify user problems and workflows.
  • Serve as a bridge between conceptual design and technical execution.

About you

  • 2–5 years of combined UX and UI experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
  • Experience designing for mobile (iOS and Android) and web products
  • Solid understanding of user research and usability processes.
  • Ability to work closely with developers and incorporate feasibility feedback.
  • Portfolio showing shipped or production-ready designs.

Nice to Have

  • Some coding or front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/Swift/Kotlin/React, etc.).
  • Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort adapting designs quickly based on feedback and constraints.
